The Big Bradley Waterfall Rappel is commonly combined with the Waterfall Trek for a full-day of adventure. Rappelling Big Bradley Falls is an adrenaline rush that should be on everyone’s bucket list. After your picnic lunch, continuing on an amphibious hike through Cove Creek as you encounter obstacles and opportunities including waterfall jumps, rope-assisted passages, rock slides, log crossings, old-growth forests, and wildlife. This unique Waterfall Trek adventure offers a variety of challenges, making it the perfect compliment to the Big Bradley Waterfall Rappel.

This is a high-adventure, wilderness experience that requires active participation for up to 8 hours. This trip is not recommended for some older adults, or participants with health conditions that may require immediate attention. Participants are required to climb the 30ft vertical wall multiple times with assistance from the rope. If you are excited to try Waterfall Rappelling, but aren’t sure if Big Bradley is right for you, we highly recommend trying our Little Bradley Waterfall Rappel first.

***Slippery Rocks! We rent and sell Astral Brewers, amphibious footwear with sticky rubber soles, which gives participants a significant traction advantage and will enhance your experience.

***Reservations are required. Private Trips/Large Groups: contact us directly for customized experiences.

Distance/Duration: 4.5-miles of hiking, 8-hour total trip time.

Schedule: The Big Bradley Waterfall Rappel and Waterfall Trek Combo is pre-scheduled on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Check here for available times and dates.

***Don’t see a trip time or date that suits your group? We may still have availability when booking by phone: 828-749-2800.

Recommended for: Active, adventurous individuals looking for a rewarding challenge; Experienced rappellers.
